Refund Policy

Custom print orders

Because products are custom-printed to your specifications and artwork, all sales are final once production begins. We do not offer refunds for customer-supplied artwork errors, color preferences not specified on the order, or change-of-mind cancellations after production.

Production defects

If your order arrives with a verified production defect or substantially differs from the approved proof, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will reprint the affected items at no cost. Photographic evidence may be required.

Shipping damage

Report shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can file a carrier claim and arrange replacement.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled prior to artwork approval / production start. Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
